Tropical Essence LLC specializes in providing discount, high end cosmetics at wholesale and below wholesale pricing. As well as rare and hard to find items. The products we provide are brand new, fresh and AUTHENTIC. Specializing in brands such as Mac, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, YSL, Arbonne Smashbox, Clinique and many, many more. Many of our items are shelf pull items therefore there could be some shop ware on the packaging. This will never directly affect the actual product itself.


We usually ships in 2-3 days. Most of our items are In Stock. Please be aware that we may get oversold or out of stock which will not make it available immediately, your order could be shipped upto 7 days of your order been received. If for any reason we can not ship your order may cancel it and refund your payment.

International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Our Shipping and Handling charges do not include Customs Fees, so be aware that you may be charged for it at the delivery. We recommend that you contact you Custom Department or Post Office before placing an order.

Return Policy

You may return most NEW, UNOPENED items sold within 10 days of delivery for a full refund excluding Shipping and Handling charges. Return shipping costs are not refundable. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us at sales@tropicalessence.net, and we will guide you through the process.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not elegible for any kind of refund.

Receiving a Refund

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select Express (One-Day) or Priority (Two or Three-Day Shipping), we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses
Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited.

Shipping to a P.O. box
Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

Signature Requirements
Signature upon delivery required for shipments over US$250.
