International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Our Shipping and Handling charges do not include Customs Fees, so be aware that you may be charged for it at the delivery. We recommend that you contact you Custom Department or Post Office before placing an order.
You may return most NEW, UNOPENED items sold within 10 days of delivery for a full refund excluding Shipping and Handling charges. Return shipping costs are not refundable. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will guide you through the process.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not elegible for any kind of refund.
Receiving a Refund
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.
For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select Express (One-Day) or Priority (Two or Three-Day Shipping), we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
